Abstract

Ensuring robust quality assurance and privacy management in enterprise systems has become increasingly challenging with the exponential growth of cloud-based applications. This study presents a novel Apache-driven quantum cloud framework for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), leveraging Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) to enhance transparency, accuracy, and compliance in quality assurance processes. By integrating quantum computing techniques with cloud-native architectures, the framework accelerates complex data analytics and anomaly detection, while XAI modules provide interpretable insights for decision-makers. The proposed approach ensures secure, scalable, and privacy-compliant operations within Oracle EBS environments, addressing both technical and regulatory challenges. Experimental evaluations demonstrate significant improvements in detection accuracy, system reliability, and operational efficiency, establishing a foundation for next-generation intelligent enterprise quality management solutions.
